A new and cute cabin in the woods near Winslow, AR yet just 30 minutes from Fayetteville, AR. Great for a Razorback Football weekend, BB & BBQ, a weekend away, or a family gathering. Enjoy the quiet and peaceful woods with the amenities of a "tiny home" style cabin. The front porch has a rocker with a beautiful view. The pond is fun for fishing or riding the "peddle boat." There are 3 cabins available so share with your family and friends and have a great gathering for the weekend. We HIGHLY recommend 4 wheel drive -- the current road down is very rocky but is very doable when you go slow. The cabin is stocked with linens, dishes, TV&DVD player BUT NO WIFI. We are able to easily get a data signal on our personal phones. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 large open loft with a queen bed, a full-size sleeper sofa and a carpeted small loft that is great for sleeping bags.

When evening comes, sit in rocking chairs on the porch, watch the sunset, soak in one of the two hot tubs or relax in the sauna. Then as night falls, sit around a campfire and look at the stars. The night sky is amazing. Sleep well. Great for family reunions or a romantic weekend get away. Nestled in the Ozarks (near Fayetteville and Devil's Den State Park), this unique, 'modern' cabin is only 18 miles south/or 20 minutes from Fayetteville's city limits and 4 miles from Devil's Den State Park which has terrific vistas, hiking trails, swimming, etc. (Also, Devil's Den State Park is the location of the filming of HBO's hit tv series "True Detective" Season 3.) Buckhorn OHV Trail System, which is in the Ozark National Forest and has over 70 miles of available trails for ATV riders, is in close proximity to the cabin. This is an ideal place not only to enjoy the fun of Fayetteville (Razorback games, Dickson Street, wonderful restaurants and festivals) but also to visit sites in surrounding areas, such as the Victorian village of Eureka Springs, Lake Fort Smith Park for boating and kayaking, Crystal Bridges Museum, etc. Arkansas Razorback fans are only a 20 minute drive from the stadium, plus other Northwest Arkansas festivals throughout the year are close by, such as Bikes Blues and Barbeque, NWA Craft Fair, and the Fayetteville Roots Festival. Not only can you enjoy city life but also enjoy the solitude and beauty of a relaxing getaway with terrific views and fresh air! The best of both worlds are available here. As one guest stated, 'Wow! This cozy cabin contains numerous amenities --- custom kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dinnerware, stemware, basic utensils (plus additional ones---bowls, cookie sheet, cutting board, kitchen towels, spatulas, coffee pot/with coffee provided, crock pot, blender, mixer, wine opener, and many other full kitchen essentials etc.) An antique pub table, which extends, and chairs add a nostalgic touch and the table is large enough for comfortable seating. A large living area, which comfortably sleeps 4, contains the following: a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, a leather queen-size sofa/ hide-a-bed, lamps, and a recliner. We also have a folding single bed tucked away, if desired. Other amenities provided are as follows: a/c, heating, a flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and WiFi, an iron and ironing board. Numerous brochures and information about local sites and events of interest are tucked in a basket on the kitchen counter. Otherwise, you'd never realize all the wonderful things offered in the area! The updated bathroom has a custom granite sink with full tub/shower and numerous essentials: towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash/soap, hair dryer, clothes hamper, closet, etc.). A washer and dryer are also available on the premises. The grounds surrounding the cabin are as beautiful and user-friendly as the cabin interior. The cabin also affords both front and back porches with chairs, etc. so our guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful views. In the back yard, a picnic table, chairs, glider seat, barbeque pit and fire pit are at your disposal. (Firewood is provided by us.) ** Guests will need to provide all other items, such as charcoal, lighter fluid, etc. Also, both an open and covered parking space/s are available for vehicles or motorcycles. Guest safety is important to us; therefore, the cabin contains a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, First Aid Kit, and Safety Card with emergency information. Since we are kid-friendly, we've included some card games, chess, and others activities for your pleasure. (A minimum stay of 2 nights is required in order to rent.) The cabin is on property of over 100 acres which is also where we have our residence. This is a modern cabin that is very special to our family, and we hope your family has as much fun as ours does. If you are looking to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, or if you are looking for water recreation and ATV/UTV riding, this is a great place for your family. If you have AT&T, you will have cell phone service. We recommend driving a truck or SUV to the cabin. We have had cars make it just fine, but trucks handle the road better. You may also haul a trailer to the cabin if you need to, but anything longer than 16 feet will not make it down the winding dirt road. If it is longer than 16 feet, you may park your trailer at a nearby community building and ride to the cabin from there. The community building is about a mile from the cabin and is frequently used by area riders. We have had guests use this community building for parking their trailer with no issues at all.

We're located 20 Minutes from Fort Smith and Old Town Van Buren. These cities have historic landmarks and places of interest, including Judge Parker's courthouse and gallows, Miss Laura's former bordello, lots of shopping and restaurants. We're also about 45 Minutes from Fayetteville and the Springdale/Rogers areas; we have easy access about 2 miles off Interstate 40. Our pricing is based on 4 adults, with kids staying free. For more than 4 adults, there will be a $25 per person per night charge, and this will be paid on arrival for the entire stay. We also have a $25 per pet fee, with one being allowed to pay on the website through the booking fee. Additional pet fees will be paid on arrival, and this is a one-time charge for the stay. This is a nice established home w/new furnishings and comfortable bedding and seating. TV's are provided w/internet stations and access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Peacock. We have a fully fenced yard w/a small patio and grilling area, with charcoal and a grill provided. Our kitchen includes a coffee maker with coffee, cream and sugar, microwave oven, full stove and full-size refrigerator. We provide basic pots and pans, dishes, flatware and drinkware for eight, along with paper/plastic options if you prefer. There is a covered carport and a gravel drive inside the gates. With a space in front of the house as well as being located on a cul-de-sac, there is extra parking available. We have locks for the gates if needed. Beds consist a of king, a pull-out queen, 2 twins, and a couch, with air bed available if extra sleeping space if needed. The space The house is 110+ years old and has been renovated throughout the years. The kitchen has been newly updated and is equipped for any cooking/dining needs. The master bathroom has also been updated and includes a whirlpool tub. There is a lot of space for living and dining. The living room includes a fireplace and entertainment center. The Cass House is ideal for families and small groups. Overall, the house is very charming and inviting space with lots of natural light to enjoy with friends and family. The exterior of the house is surrounded by 2 covered patios and one deck to provide 360 views of the gorgeous natural Ozark National Forest landscape.
